Kiss Nails - Petites

Yeah I know I have a lot of posts on Kiss Nails.
That's because they are the best brand I've found.
These were $2.50 at Family Dollar.
They were that cheap because they didn't come with
a nail file, cuticle stick, and nail glue like the kits
normally come with. This package only included the 24 nails.
The style of these are Petites. I love these.
They just look natural and pretty.

Splatter Nails

This is my first attempt at the splatter nail.
I watched a Youtube video on this and fell in love with it.
Basically you paint your nail with a base color (white) and then
in each of the four corners (doing one color at a time) you have
a droplet of polish. Take a toothpick and drag out the color in whatever
design you want. Repeat that with the other four colors.
Last step? Apply your top coat of course!
It's okay if you accidently get too much nail polish when you drop it.
It will dry flat. ;]

Sally Hansen Real Nail Polish Strips

Sally Hansen Salon Effects
Real Nail Polish Strips
Style: 340 Girl Flower

 I love these nail strips!
There are so many designs to choose from.
The nail strips are very easy to apply.
16 strips come in the box separated into 8 and 8.
I used only 5 strips for all 10 toes.
When you trim off the edge you can use the other side for the other toe (or nails if you are doing fingernails instead) if your nail beds are short enough.
So basically that's two uses in one box.
The cheapest place to get them in my area are at Wal*Mart... $8.50.
In my area Kmart has more options though... $9.00.
*** Also don't open them until are you ready to use them because they WILL dry out.

Nailene Nails

Nailene, Size Medium
I love the design on these nails.
It was my only reason for buying them.
I do not like long nails at all.
The length was annoying me so I actually cut them down a bit w/o
cutting the design and then filed them.
They still looked nice.
If you like long nails they will not be a problem though.
The only problem I had was finding sizes for a few of my fingers.
The thumb nails were overlapping a bit b/c the size down was too small.

KISS Nails!

These are Kiss Nails in Clear Pink, Real Short.
Kiss Nails are my absolute favorite.
I got these at Family Dollar for only $2.50!
Why so cheap?
The package comes with the 24 nails only.
No glue, no file, no cuticle stick.
If you are a nail fanatic you already have these things anyways.
Great find! I love these nails!

Kiss 100 Full Cover Nails

06/18/2011

I bought these at WalMart for $5. ;]

They are white fake nails that you can paint yourself.
Nail glue is included but I used Nailene's Ultra Quick Nail Glue instead.

I rolled up  piece of tape and taped each nail to a sheet of paper.
I painted each nail with Sally Hansen's "The Real Teal".
I used Art Deco in black for the stripes.
I used a silver glitter polish for the glitter on the stripes.
And of course I used OPI Nail Envy for the base and Sally Hansen Strengthening Top Coat.
The result?
Here it is!

Nail Art - Zebra Print!

I Love Zebra Print!
For the base colorI used a cheap 98 cent nail polish in "French Tip White".
For the stripes I used an Art Deco polish in "Black". ;]
Base coat was of course OPI's Nail Envy and Top Coat was Sally Hansen Strengthening Top Coat!
