I Love Zebra Print!
For the base colorI used a cheap 98 cent nail polish in "French Tip White".
For the stripes I used an Art Deco polish in "Black". ;]
Base coat was of course OPI's Nail Envy and Top Coat was Sally Hansen Strengthening Top Coat!

Sally Hansen - Crushed
This color looked okay at first. Then I realized I'm not really a fan of orange.

Sally Hansen - Rockstar Pink
This color looks more purple-ish sometimes but I still love it. It's FULL of glitter!
Polka Dots!
Polka Dots are the easiest nail art!
Some people use toothpicks, dotting tools, art deco polishes, etc.
I find it easier to use a french tip pen. You can get ones that have a fine point. Mine wasn't fine point. But the edge was pointed so it still worked. ;]

I didn't do the full set b/c I had purchased these months ago and opened then just to see what they looked like. Well when I went to do the manicure last night half of them were dried out (the ones that I had opened). So I did not have enough for a full set. But I still tried out the ones that worked. They were easy to apply. I like them.

The nail art stickers were really cheap at Wal*Mart and very easy to apply. Paint your nails any color. Use tweezers to grab and place the stickers wherever you'd like. Apply your top coat. ;]
